Welcome to Amour, our modern chic unique condo in the old town Scottsdale location.  Just minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town shops and dining as well as a short walk to the Greenbelt. Perfect morning walk to a shopping center with Safeway and Starbucks, just within half a mile. Only minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town shops and dining.

This one bedroom, one bath condo has been remodeled with all the right touches. Featuring concrete flooring, wood shutters, custom paint throughout, upgraded appliances and floral decal on the windows are just a few to list. 

Take the stairs or the elevator to this 2nd floor condo that overlooks the pool area in the community of El Chaparral. The heated pool area also has a Jacuzzi for those perfect Arizona nights. There is also a barbecue area where you can enjoying grilling your favorite foods.

Walking into the unit, the living area to your left is inviting and cozy. The white leather couch has a matching leather ottoman with red paisley velvet pillows ready for you to sink in. The couch also serves as a SLEEPER-SOFA for those extra guests. Flat screen TV with smart blue ray DVD player hangs on the wall. There is a glass table top coffee table with 2 white end tables completing the living area. The beautiful painting over the couch extends on to the wall making it be a dreamy illusion of being in Paris. Amour!

To the right, as you enter, you are greeted by a dining area with a floral mural painted on the wall. You can either dine at the silver modern table which will comfortably seat the two of you or dine at the built in orange bar with two swivel chairs. With drop down pendant lights, a decorative mirrored wall, and a wine fridge close by, you can not help but feel like you are in your own private lounge.

The kitchen is custom with orange counter tops and darker cabinets, the perfect color combination. Features all stainless steel appliances and even a gas range for the pickiest chef. 

The master bedroom is located down the hall with more custom painted walls of light and darker shades of gray (silver) stripes. Queen size bed with 2 night stands and lamps on both sides. Two walk in closets and a sliding glass door to access the patio. The glass window features floral white decals for those unique touches. 

The master bath is beautiful and completely remodeled. Square sink vanity with storage space below, medicine cabinet for more storage, dreamy walk in shower with glass block and stone backsplash. 

The patio can be accessed both from the living area as well as the master bedroom. It is nestled in just enough for privacy but yet overlooks the pool and plenty of palm trees. Red rocking chairs with cozy pillows are the perfect place to spend your days. This is an east facing patio with just the right amount of sun for your morning coffee and paper. Tiled flooring, colorful and bright, and super inviting.
