Canyon Creek Retreat - Clean & bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private patio home with den and community pool & tennis court. Very quiet community nestled in Northern Phoenix, by the Cave Creek Golf Course. Close to the I-17, 101 Loop and 51 freeway for easy access. 10 min drive to Desert Ridge Marketplace, 15 min drive into Scottsdale.
Walking in to this lovely patio home, you'll be delighted at how bright, clean and comfortable the place is. The patio home has gorgeous dark wood, vinyl plank flooring, cream colored walls and earth tones throughout the living spaces. The living room has a tan microfiber love seat, two matching reclining chairs and two end tables that are adorned by matching lamps. The living room has a 43" TV that sits above a wooden stand, with a decorative shelf sitting to the right. The TV has a RoKu streaming stick for your favorite apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Sling. Local cable service is included with your stay.
Across from the living room is the dinning room which sits next to the patio sliding door. The dinning room has a brown wooden table that can seat up to four people. The dinning room is located right next to the kitchen. The kitchen is good sized and has white appliances, light oak cabinets and grey tile counter tops. You'll find the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook and plentiful serving wear.
To the left of the living room is a third bedroom that is set up as a den. It includes a wooden desk, chair, two lamps and a separate sitting area that includes a club chair and standing lamp.
The master suite is very light, bright and airy with it's white and soft blue tones. The master has a comfortable queen size bed with two night stands and two matching lamps. There is a storage bench that sits off to the left for seating and storage. In front of the bed is a beautiful mahogany armoire with a 32" Smart TV. This room has a large closet with mirrored closet doors. Attached is the master bathroom which includes a dual-sink vanity with granite counter tops. The master bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is across from the master and it includes two wooden twin size beds, a nightstand with lamp, and a matching wooden dresser. The second bathroom is down the hall and includes a single-sink vanity, commode and tub / shower combo.
The patio home has a private, covered patio with four sitting chairs, and two glass tables. There is also a propane BBQ grill (not shown in photos)
The back yard has a small citrus grove. The citrus trees in the backyard grow fresh oranges that guests can pick during thier stay.
These are great to make fresh orange juice with!
The community has a community pool that guests have access to. However, the community pool is not heated during the colder months.
There is also a community tennis court that guests have access to year-round.

~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets

~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Community Pool has no option to heat
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
