As a special treat, the owner has a full dress-up closet of vintage garb for you to enjoy and Instagram to your heart’s content! 

On the main level of this split level home,  you will find the fully modern, updated kitchen yet with a vintage flare equipped with a cozy breakfast nook and a spacious living room. Up a half level is the thoughtfully designed master bedroom with a King bed, and large, dress up closet including a fridge, coffee maker, and a single Murphy bed for that overnight guest. The ensuite bath features a massive walk in shower plus bathtub and views of and access to the gorgeous backyard and pool. Up one more level and the guest bedroom awaits, also with an en suite bath. Tall people beware - the overhead shower space in this bathroom is limited. 

Additionally on the upper floor is what we are calling The Sunset Room.  With nearly 180 degree views of Arizona’s naturescape, this room alone  may give the rest of the home a run for its money as your favorite space! Enjoy a slow morning with a cup of coffee or wind down after a long day with the gorgeous Arizona sunset as your backdrop and exposed Douglas Fir beams and a Copenhagen-style ceiling, lending warmth to the interior This room also serves as the perfect space for a game or movie night with a view!

The lower level includes a semi-private guest space with a beaded curtain to enclose the area. 
 
The roofline extends to shelter a complete guest suite - a Private Casita complete with access to the pool, a king sized bed, kitchenette and a bathroom.

The interior is just the beginning, the owners have spared no expense making this a true modern retreat! The backyard boasts:

~ We hope you enjoy pickleball - The most recent addition to this outdoor space is a full sized pickleball and sport court with a basketball hoop as well as a 24ft light for evening play! Don’t worry, paddles and basketballs are provided. 

Nearby you will find all that you need to enjoy your stay in Upper Arcadia. Within a one mile radius are various trails including the popular Echo Canyon Trail of Camelback Mountain and restaurants including Steak 44, Buck and Rider, and The Henry. This is a rare opportunity to getaway and take a step back in time to the 1960s in a Ralph Haver home you’ll never want to leave!  

Please note that the owners of this home keep a personal vehicle stored under the covered carport. 

This home requires a concierge check-in therefore check-in between the hours of 3pm and 8pm must be adhered to. In the case that other arrangements need to be made please contact Casago before finalizing your reservation. 

House Rules 
~ Reservation holder must be present at check-in with our Casago Concierge between 3pm - 8pm.
~ No parties of larger than 8 people are permitted in this home at any time. 
~ Check in time is at  3:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ All reservations must submit identification and sign the Casago management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ No large gatherings
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am
~ No shoes allowed in the house 
~ If you would like the pool heated, it is $90/day plus tax
~ Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed and cannot be heated above 85 degrees. Weather, length of reservation and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~ We require our guests to have 2 previous positive reviews to stay with us. 
~ Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to the deposit or credit card on file
~ For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~ No early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay, we appreciate your cooperation in advance
