This condo is located on the second floor of the building. Entering the condo, you'll be delighted with how light, bright, and peaceful this place is. The high ceilings, natural light and soft blue tones of the walls and decor make this place feel very tranquil and relaxing. Walking into the condo, you'll enter into the living room which opens up to the dinning room and kitchen.

The living room has beachwood vinyl plank flooring, a brown micro fiber sofa and chair, dark wood coffee table, and two dark wood end tables adorned by two blue lamps. There is a 55" Smart TV that sits above a dark wood entertainment center. The smart TV is hooked up to the internet and has many apps for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The balcony sits off of the living room and it includes two chairs. This is a great place to sip a cup of coffee in the morning sun.

The dinning room has a dark wood table that can seat up to two four people. The dinning room opens to the galley-style kitchen which has light granite counter tops, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a large side by side fridge with built in ice maker. 

To the right of the living room sits the master bedroom and bathroom. The condo only has 1 bathroom.  The master bedroom has a beachwood-style king size bed with two matching night stands, blue lamps and a matching dresser chest. On top of the dresser chest sits a 32" Smart TV which has many apps to stream your favorite shows and movies. This room has it's own entry to the bathroom and a large, mirrored closet. 

The bathroom is very elegant and has a single-sink vanity with light granite counter tops, white cabinets, and a beautiful framed mirror. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with beautiful pebble tile and glass doors. 

Walking upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom in the loft. It's important to note that this bedroom does not have enclosed walls. The bedroom is a loft that overlooks the living room. It includes a beachwood-style queen sized bed with two matching night stands. There are no lamps in this room, because the ceiling fan will provide plentiful light. The ceiling fan has a remote to turn off the lights once you're in bed. The loft bedroom has a mirrored door closet next to the bed.

* There is no washer and dryer in the unit. Guests can use the coin-op laundry room which is located just outside of building 18.
