This beautiful home is conveniently located in sunny Anthem.  The backyard has a private spacious brick patio with a stunning pergola that allows you to relax on a double wide chaise lounger or catch a nap on the nearly hammock.  The unique outdoor table and chairs provide a quaint dining area with a large serving hutch and grill.  Retractable sun shades for the daytime and Edison style bulbs light the space in the evening adding an air of romance. If the Arizona sunshine is what you are craving, this peaceful outdoor living space is just for you!  

The house is tastefully decorated creating a light and breathable sense of relaxation.  The Master bedroom is spacious with a wall mounted desk in the corner providing a cozy "work from home" location.  There is a large master bathroom with a soaking tub and spacious walk in closet.  

Located in the Anthem Parkside neighborhood with beautiful, clean manicured parks walking paths throughout. The Anthem Community park has a stunning Veteran's Memorial, waterfalls, pond and the children's nearby Daisy Mountain provides scenic hiking trails with stunning views. 

This home allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet be just a short drive from all things Phoenix.Continue on the I-17N to reach stunning destinations such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff.

~Check in time is at 3:00 PM
~Check out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
