Welcome to the lush, quiet, gated community of Arroyo Madera.  The community offers a heated pool & spa, pool side loungers, BBQ grills and picnic area for guest use.  The grounds of the community are well manicured and have beautiful lush landscaping and waterfalls throughout. Tucked away in a quiet community off 92nd & Shea Blvd.  Very close to the 101 freeway and just across the way there is a Fry's grocery store, Sprouts Farmer's Market and several restaurants. Close to Mayo Clinic & Envita. 

Our Arroyo Madera Escape townhome is just over 2000sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a loft. It also has a gas fireplace, spacious patio and an attached two car garage and large patio area w/ BBQ Grill. Entering through the front door, the kitchen is to your left and the dinning room, living room, patio entry and spiral staircase are straight ahead. 

The living room has a brown leather sofa, leather club chair, cow hide rug,  55" Smart TV w/ streaming & cable, and a gas fireplace.  The large private patio can seat up to 8 people and you'll have your own propane BBQ. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, maple wood cabinets and black appliances. The dinning room has a beautiful southwestern wooden table that can seat up to six people. Located downstairs is the half bathroom which sits just to the right of the kitchen. 

This townhome has two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom is on the first floor, to the right of the living room. The downstairs master bedroom has a plush king sized bed with two night stands w/ lamps, a 43" Smart TV with streaming & cable, walk-in closet and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Walking up the spiral staircase, you'll enter into the loft area which has a 43" Smart TV w/ streaming & cable and two wooden sitting chairs. The second master bedroom and laundry room is to the left of the loft and the third bedroom sits just to the right.  The second master bedroom has a plush king sized bed with two night stands w/ lamps, a wooden sitting bench and it's own private patio. it also has an attached master bathroom with a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, private commode and large walk-in closet. 

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, two night stands w/ lamps, a sitting chair and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom is located just across the hall and it has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

We have been coming to Arizona in March for 29 years. We love it! Things have certainly changed. I would like to discuss the market changes with Katrina, how the rental dynamics have changed, inventory, short term rental versus long term rental, etc. Seems like AZ would like to almost eliminate the "short term" idea. Especially the 3 day weekend thing, AIRBNB, I get how that would be very annoying to long term residents. Is the two week stay/one month stay declining in availability from AZ property owners? That is what we need. On this trip, we almost had a challenge with parking, we always have 2 cars, thankfully our owner was in town and kindly removed his car taking up one of the garage spots so we could have a second spot. We met him and told him how thankful we were for that. Originally we were of he impression we could put our second car in one of the guest spots, the sign said no overnight. Carly helped us there. One of the owners in the community advised how we could approach that, we were planning to do that until our property owner helped us by freeing up the space he was occupying. All in all another great year for us!
