Lovely 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with an attached 2 car garage within walking distance of shops and dining on Shea and 90th Street. 15 minute drive to Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, and Old Town Scottsdale for an abundance of shops and dining. Quaint little neighborhood within a gated community that features BBQ grills, Jacuzzi, and Heated Pool.
This is a split level townhome with kitchen, dining room, and living room on ground floor and all bedrooms and balcony on the 2nd floor to enjoy the views that Scottsdale has to offer. Walking in to the home from the front door you have the powder room and dining room that opens up right into the living room with a beautiful fireplace to enjoy during our cool winter months. The dining room table can extend out and hold up to a party of 8. The living room has plenty of seating with a loveseat couch that can turn into a Queen sized pull out for guests,a rocking chair, individual seating surrounding the flat screen TV and gas fire place. This open floor plan on the ground floor of the living room and kitchen makes it so you can easily hold conversations while cooking and hosting, especially with a two seater high top table in the kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the private back patio area with table and seating to enjoy while you grill up some food.
Leading upstairs to the second floor at the top you can go to the balcony on the right that looks out to the backyard and beyond so you can enjoy the view especially during the summer since it has plenty of shade to keep you cool with some lounge chairs to relax. The washer and dryer separates the Master bedroom and the guest bedroom upstairs. The guest bedroom does have its own en suite with a full bathroom of a tub and shower. This guest bedroom does have a sliding door with a patio so you can sit and enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee or tea. Across the way past the washer/ dryer is the Master bedroom with a small area of an office complete with a desk and chair so you can get some light work done if need be. The Master bedroom has a Kind size bed and flat screen TV mounted on the wall. This room does not have its own patio but does have lots of windows with soft natural lighting. The Master bathroom has 2 sinks, a large spacious bathtub, separate shower, as well as privacy for the restroom. further into the bathroom is the massive walk-in closet. If you plan to stay here quite a bit and love your clothes and shoes this is the perfect closet for you!

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
