Welcome to Arroyo Madera 156 ~ This fabulous Scottsdale townhouse is the perfect home away from home. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated to offer you comfort, quality and style!

Enter the home on the main floor and you come upon the living room furnished with a mid-century modern couch, two accent chairs, coffee table and side tables. To the right of the entry is the wonderfully appointed kitchen and access to the two car garage. Separating the kitchen from the living room is the dining area  with a gorgeous round glass top table and seating for six. Just off the living room is the patio with cozy outdoor seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.

Head upstairs and you will come upon the loft area. Again, decorated with comfort and quality in mind you may enjoy reading a book curled up on the on the cream colored chaise lounge. Both bedrooms are just down the hall. The master is furnished with a king size bed with two side tables and reading lamps. There is a 3 drawer dresser and flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom features a garden tub, stand up shower, and dual vanity sinks. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, side tables with reading lamps and dresser drawers. There is a standard 3 piece bath in the hall for guests.

Enjoy a home cooked meal on the BBQ grill at the home or head to the pool area, just down the road, and fire up the grill there while enjoying a dip in the heated community pool.

~Check in time is at 3:00 PM
~Check out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
