This light and bright single story patio home has 2 spacious bedrooms and no stairs to climb. You'll enjoy the ease of access from the attached 1-car garage which takes you right into the main living area of the home. Your guest will be charmed by the private gated courtyard entrance into the home. The entire inside of the home features tile floors except for the master bedroom which features wooden floors.
The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa wrapped around a cozy gas fireplace and a 44-Inch flat screen TV. All the rooms have high ceilings, large plantation style shutters and tall windows. This home is light and bright with neutral and soft earth tone colors. The wood plantation shutters can be opened and adjusted to the level of outside light you desire.
Every room in the home features ceiling fans with lighting, including the kitchen. The upgraded kitchen has gorgeous solid granite counters, full size appliances, built in microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer with built in water dispenser and ice maker, and the cupboards are well stocked with plenty of cookware, glasses and dinnerware for in home entertaining.
The elegant dining area has four cushioned high back chairs and 3 large plantation shuttered windows, the view from the window is of your court yard with desert landscape and blue skies.
The master suite has a King bed, a 22-inch Flat Screen TV. The master bath has a walk in shower, two sinks and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a King bed, a walk in closet and a private door going into the guest bathroom.
The cozy back patio has a table with an umbrella and four cushioned chairs and a nice stainless steel gas grill. The back yard area has desert landscaping by design.
The community has two pools and they alternate which one is heated during the fall and winter months. The closest community pool is located just a very short walk from your front door. Including the pool they also have a spa, covered ramada with tables, chairs, gas grills and chaise lounges for soaking in the sun and enjoying our clear blue skies.

Casago was quick to fix things as needed and are a very organized, helpful company. I would rent from them again. As far as Unit 122, the bed in the master bedroom needs replacing! The grounds and condo facilities were good, but heating was difficult to maintain heat with all the tile flooring when it was cold outside, the heated ceiling fan was helpful. Remodeling of the master bathroom was adequate, but could be improved. We sprayed a couple times for bugs in the master bathroom.
The area and facility was very nice and livable and convenient. Your people and organization was very easy and good to work with.
