The top local attractions include Westworld, the TPC golf course, and Spring Training fields all over the Valley. The freeways are easy to navigate, and quick to get you to surrounding areas such as downtown Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Glendale.
This 2 bedroom townhome has a spacious floorplan with living room, kitchen, and den located on the first floor. There is also a powder room, and full-sized washer and dryer located on the lower level. Your home has a 2 car garage and allows direct access from the garage into the laundry area leading to the fully equipped kitchen.
Your evenings can be spent relaxing in front of the television with a comforting fire ablaze in the gas fireplace. Pull open the plantation shutters to reveal the view of the patio and the calming desert landscape. If you’re looking for some quiet time head into the den to read a book, or cheer on your favorite team while watching a game on the 55” flat screen TV. There is a collection of movies stored in the ottoman to use on the Blu-Ray DVD player.
The second level includes the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable, and walk in closet. There is a cozy patio off of the master bedroom perfect for getting a morning dose of fresh air to start your day! The master bathroom has a large Roman tub for a relaxing soak, and a stand in shower. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV, dresser and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bed linens and towels are provided.
This community has a heated swimming pool, spa, fitness room, and BBQ's.

~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
