Casa Azul has two relaxing and comfortable common area living spaces (a formal living room and an informal Great Room). These two spaces beautifully flow together in an open concept design that creates an ideal entertaining space with a wet bar to boot! A formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and outdoor dining table allow for optimal dining flexibility. The newly remodeled kitchen features a farmhouse sink, oak cabinetry, and an oversized granite peninsula that provides additional eating options.
This split floor plan design situates the master bedroom and guest bedrooms on opposite ends of the home (all outfitted with cable TV’s). The master bedroom features a king bed, large walk in closet, full size dresser and en suite bathroom (with authentic Talavera hand tile work). Two of the three guest rooms are suited with queen size beds while the third has a twin size trundle bed that can be converted into a king size bed. The laundry room and guest bath (which leads out to the pool area) are at the end of the hall adjacent to all three guest rooms.
There is a spectacular golf course view from the expansive courtyard at the front of the house where you can relax around the fire pit in comfortable Adirondack chairs and watch the golfers on the fairway and green. Step outside into the backyard oasis and relax by the pool and above ground hot tub. The pool has been completely renovated as of August 2020 and has been refinished with upgraded pebble tech throughout the inside of the pool. The backyard has a great covered entertaining space that sits poolside. It's fully equipped with chaise lounges, an outdoor sectional couch and a mounted flat screen HD TV. Relax and have a cocktail at the new outdoor bar area while grilling up dinner and catching the game on TV!
After your swim, enjoy a game of billiards under the covered patio as you take-in the desert sky, sunset, or stars at night.
Attention Parents: The home owners have added a new Children's Play Area complete with a Pirate Ship, Sandbox & Playhouse full of toys and accessories for hours of fun!

POOL HEATING: ** This pool can be heated. However, it has a propane pool heater which makes the pool very expensive to heat. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please specify this at booking. We require a deposit of $2000.00 to be put down for propane pool heating. On average, the pool will burn through about $300.00 a day in propane. The cost of the propane will be deducted from the deposit. Anything remaining will be refunded to the guest. Any overages will be charged to the guest.

My only complaint would be the woodpecker, who woke us up every morning at 5:45am, while he drilled into the rain gutters outside the master suite. Other than that, it was a wonderful and relaxing week. The Casago staff were amazing and will certainly stay at one of your properties the next time we are in AZ. Thanks so much!
