Welcome to Hangout 2 ~ This wonderful condo is set in a gated community just off the Silverado Golf Club. It is central to many Scottsdale attractions including multiple golf courses, shopping, dining and entertainment. Take a day to explore Old Town Scottsdale shops and galleries. Pick up the latest trends at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Entertain friends at Top Golf or Talking Stick Resort and Casino. Take in a few Spring Training games at either Salt River Fields, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies, or Scottsdale Stadium, home of the San Francisco Giants.
This 2nd floor unit, with elevator access, is beautifully furnished. The living room is light and airy with cream leather couch, loveseat and chair, accented with navy throw pillows and area rug. The large flat screen TV is set atop a contemporary entertainment console. The dining room with seating for six is set off the living room. The upgraded kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets stocked with all the cookware and dining service you need to enjoy your stay.
The Master Suite is spacious and inviting with a king size bed, dresser and large flat screen tv. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, stand up shower and dual vanities. On the other side of the condo is the guest room which is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and television.
Enjoy the sunrise with your morning cup of coffee on the balcony seating. There is also a community pool and spa within walking distance.
** The condo now comes with 2 bikes for guest use ** Hit the trails or bike to Gainey Village for Lunch!

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance

We would most likely rent this location again, assuming the lighting situation was taken care of. Also, would like a little bigger unit with 3 bedrooms/2 1/2 baths. But we thought the location was good. |

Would've liked instructions for the door lock. It was not easy finding our building and unit and using the code to get in on our own The pans for cooking were not the best. Prefer a nonstick option |
