If you are looking for a large home for a fabulous retreat, LOOK NO FURTHER! "Litchfield Manor" boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, game room, sport court and heated pool. Although you could never leave the home and stay entertained you may want to go catch a Spring Training Game that is at one of the multiple facilities nearby. University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, and Westgate Entertainment District are both just a few minutes away.
In the living room there is enough seating for your large group to relax and unwind. There is an oversize leather sectional and ottoman, recliner and two accent chairs. Enjoy a game on the 55" flat screen TV. Just off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, center island, and everything you need to prepare a meal for your guests. There is a breakfast nook with table for four and additional breakfast bar with three barstools. The formal dining room has seating for six. This room backs right up to the game room which is accommodated with additional seating on the couch and bistro table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV and pool table.
Downstairs there is the first of 5 guest rooms furnished with a queen size bed. Head upstairs and you will find 5 additional bedrooms. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, reading lamps, dresser drawers and a flat screen TV. The master bath has a walk in shower, garden tub, dual vanities and a huge walk in closet. There is also access to a private patio that overlooks the backyard oasis. There are an additional 4 guest bedrooms. 3 of them have queens and one has a twin. There is also a loft area with a couch for additional space to retreat.
The real attraction of this home is the AMAZING backyard. Wether you want to take a dip or dive in the heated pool, relax in the spa, or play a basketball game on the sport court, you are sure to stay entertained. There is also a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table and chairs for your enjoyment.
