If you prefer to be away from the rat race and enjoy the finer things in life then here is the home for you! This beautiful home has been recently updated with hard wood floors, marble counter tops and a gourmet Viking kitchen. The home is surrounded with views from every room in the home. When you enter the front door there is a wood seating area with two chairs and then towards the middle of the room there is a set of rust colored sofas, a coffee table, fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The home comes with high speed wireless internet as well as Hulu LiveTV. There are three sets of French doors off the living room that open to the magnificent back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the serving ware and appliances you will need during your stay. The eat in kitchen has a wood picnic style table with place mats and a stone finish fireplace.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful cream colored duvet, nightstands, his and her closets and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in glass door shower, a single basin style vanity sink, linen cupboard and commode. The bathroom also has a door with access to the back yard.

Guest bedroom one is furnished with two twin size beds, a nightstand, walk in closet and a view that will take your breathe away. Guest bedroom two has a Queen size bed with a beautiful white damask duvet cover and a corner dresser. This room also has an amazing view of the backyard and pool. The hall bathroom has a claw foot bathtub, shower combo with a single sink marble vanity, medicine chest and cupboard below.

The back yard has a pool, a small grass area and a covered deck area where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the desert. The home has a round wicker table with chairs beside the gas grill and four more outdoor chairs where you can soothe your soul with the sounds of the desert. The home has an attached two car garage and a washer and dryer.

* This home's pool does not have a pool heater. Therefore, the pool cannot be heated.The home has streaming services only, no cable.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay, we appreciate your cooperation in advance
