Welcome to Ravenswood Retreat ~ This wonderful 3 bedroom home is located in South East Phoenix, near South Mountain in a gated golf course community. As you enter the home you will be in the great room with vaulted ceilings, and new furnishings throughout. The living room has a plush faux leather couch, accent chair, coffee table and 55" flat screen TV. Set just off the living room is the dining area with a table with seating for up to six. For extra dinner guests you will find an additional 3 spots at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, enjoy all new appliances and cabinets stocked with all the supplies necessary to cook your favorite meal.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, nightstands and reading lamps on each side, dresser drawers and a flat screen TV. Down the hall you will find two additional guest rooms. The first guest room features 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king, nightstands and reading lamps, an accent chair and mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a twin trundle bed with side table and lamp.
Don't worry about parking in the hot sun of the summer this home has an attached 2 car garage for your use. Please note that the home is suited with Youtube TV with a multitude of available channels and the ability to access your own Netflix or Hulu accounts through the smart TV's throughout the home.
The Raven Golf course is a public golf course and is open to play! Get out there and practice your swing!
