Looking for a retro-modern 2 bedroom GROUND FLOOR condo on a golf course in Old Town Scottsdale? And a garage? This home is perfect for couples, business, or just a quick getaway with friends.
The condo is located in the Regency at Old Town Scottsdale which is a small gated community located right on the Continental Golf Course. This unit is a ground-floor, private end-unit with the best Golf course views!
The home has a completely remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, and everything you would need to prep for any meal. The kitchen has a full-size laundry room located right off the side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room that seats everyone, a flat screen TV, leather couches, lots of lighting, and seating for dining. This living room faces the golf course and is perfect for relaxing.
Across from the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, single bath attached with 1 sink, and a stand-up shower. From this room, you have views of the golf course through the great picture windows. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a huge walk-in closet. The master has a large master bath with 2 sinks and a huge roman bathtub and separate standing shower.
The private patio is located right off the master and living room with upgraded seating and private views.
House Rules:
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
