Magnificent 4 bedroom 4.5 baths Golf Casita in Troon North. This is a free standing two story home with no common or shared walls and the community pool and gym are 20 paces from your front door.
The inside of the home is light and bright with large picture windows that surround the living areas. The first floor has gorgeous stone tile in the entryway, kitchen and living room. The kitchen features solid granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three and the dining table will seat six people, expandable to seat 8 comfortably.
The living room has a flat screen TV, Stereo, Blu-Ray and a gas fireplace and a sliding glass door that leads to the furnished patio and the gas grill. The first Master Bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King bed, armoire with TV, and a sliding door to the patio area. The master bathroom has two sinks, walk in closet and walk in shower. Each of the bedroom's have a 26-inch flat screen TV.
The upstairs loft is furnished with a desk and chair and a love seat. The three guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The first two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds, private en-suite bathrooms, armoires with TV and access to the shared balcony. The fourth bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, armoire with a TV, private en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony with views of Pinnacle Peak Mountain.
The HOA does not allow on street or driveway parking overnight. This home does have a garage but it will not accommodate oversized vehicles.
The community amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, gas grills and a gym. The home is located near the Troon North Golf Club and near The Four Seasons Resort. The home also features Hi-Speed WiFi Access.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking

~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Really liked the house; perfect for 4 golfers. We will be back next December if we can get the same price. Megan did an excellent job of arranging everything for us; she meet us at your office to pick up the keys and go over a few things. |

We had a few problems in our home but Signature Rentals was very responsive and fixed the issues immediately! Very good service. Unfortunate that parking is not allowed overnight anywhere in the neighborhood but IN the garage. We had 3 cars for 6 people but only 2 cars fit in the garage and no outside parking. A definite problem. Very nice place...but water pressure for showers was always low. The shower in my room stopped working on Wednesday. The staff at the rental office were very nice. Overall...a very enjoyable stay. |

We had a terrific time! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable…even the bed, which is always a problem for us. Susanna, our agent, was **wonderful** to work with. The only suggestion we have is to maybe equip the condo with some basic office supplies beyond pens and pencils (needed a scissors at night, but couldn't find one). Thank you so much! |
