Payment:<\/strong>\u00a0Lessee\u00a0voluntarily\u00a0agrees to pay an\u00a0earnest deposit of 50% at the time of booking and the final payment 30 days prior to arrival. 100% of reservation becomes non refundable 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong>:\u00a0Cancellation\u2019s at least 61 days prior to arrival are refundable less a\u00a0cancellation\u00a0fee equal to 15% of the gross rental amount. The 50% Earnest Deposit becomes hard money 60 days prior to arrival, and becomes non refundable.<\/p>\n

Changes<\/strong>:\u00a0Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 120 days prior to arrival, with no more then one change allowed per reservation.<\/p>\n

Travelers Insurance<\/strong>:\u00a0Due to the nature of our business, most reservations are made well in advance of the arrival date.\u00a0 Signature Vacation Rentals strongly encourages guest to purchase Travelers Insurance to help minimize any losses you may suffer from\u00a0cancellations\u00a0that occur after reservation becomes firm\/non refundable.<\/p>\n

Credit Card Authorization<\/strong>:\u00a0Guest authorizes Management Company to charge the credit card on file for deposits due and authorizes that any outstanding balances will be charged when due, as specified herein.<\/p>\n

Check-In:<\/strong>\u00a0Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
\nCheck-Out:<\/strong>\u00a0Check out time is 10:00 AM. Late checkouts may be arranged based upon availability.<\/p>\n
