The large, enclosed patio is an attractively landscaped oasis with incredible outdoor living. It offers seclusion and coziness with an outdoor dining table that seats six, a barbeque for outdoor cooking, and additional seating around the fire pit to roast smores under the stars. String lights and background lighting illuminate the yard for a lovely ambiance. Jump into the fantastic jacuzzi and have a cocktail while you play a game of Cornhole or pool after a long day at the beach!
The master bedroom has a new King bed with side tables, a flat-screen TV, plenty of closet space, a pretty view of the front yard, an attractive ensuite bathroom with cool subway tiles, new fixtures, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a King bed with end tables and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom has a full-size bunk bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. A single bed in the converted closet can become a fun cubby for the kids or adults!
This property has a fourth bedroom/office if you must tear away from the fun to do some dreaded work! It has a trundle bed with two single beds and a large flat-screen TV.
And if you need some exercise from too many delightful meals, we have a small gym in the garage. It is equipped with a rower and stair-stepper.
This home is close to everything. Walk to dinner at many of The Mesa's favorite dining spots, shop for organic groceries at Lazy Acres or the fresh produce stand, rent an electric bike to cruise our beautiful area, or jump in the ocean at one of the many magnificent beaches. Whatever you choose, Bella Marina will always deliver.
