This comfy unit has a newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with marble counters and everything to create a delicious meal. There is dining for four inside and many more outside at the patio table and picnic table. 

This unit has two spacious bedrooms with a king and two twins to sleep four people. You are free to bring your own twin blow-up mattress and linens if you like. Each room has a flat-screen TV and cable for you to enjoy your favorite shows. It has a gorgeous walk-in shower, living room, and beautiful patio with grass. The perfect safe place for your family to enjoy a sunny vacation and only steps away from the sand!

There is a community washer/dryer in the facility and a gated parking lot. There is an outdoor full and foot shower near a private gate to Carpinteria beach sand. Also available is an outdoor BBQ/entertainment area for your enjoyment.

I would like to recommend Casago's unit 103 at Carpinteria Shores but i fear i cannot as that would encourage others to rent this unit... this would increase competition for this unit and we intend on renting it many times in the future.... thank you very much.
