Carpinteria Shores is a beachfront condo complex located right on the world's safest beach. The first thing you'll want to do before you even unpack is to step out onto the private deck, soak in the views, and say to yourself; this is living! You walk out of the private building gate, and you are on the sand!

This charming, quiet third-floor, 2-bedroom, one-bath condo has gorgeous East facing views of the ocean, beach, and mountains and is conveniently close to the elevator and laundry room. Enjoy watching the sunrise and see clear to the Channel Islands on a clear day. Then, fall asleep each evening to the sounds of the ocean!
A large two-door stainless steel refrigerator provides ample storage in the kitchen, which also has a brand-new stainless dishwasher. The comfy living room with its welcoming beach decor provides a new recliner sofa and a reclining love seat. It has a flat-screen TV with cable and private wifi, so you have the fastest speeds available. The kitchen has a table and chairs looking out toward the beach and two stools for easy dining by the breakfast bar. 

Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen tv and an overhead fan. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand-new California King and luxurious white headboard. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and both rooms have mirrored closet doors and ample storage. 
The bathroom has a large, mirrored medicine cabinet and a tub and shower.

There is gated parking, outdoor full and foot showers near a private gate to the beach, and an outdoor BBQ/entertainment area for your enjoyment. Luggage carts enable easy access to and from the condo.


There is gated parking with a reserved space for one car. No additional parking is available.

The maximum occupancy is 6. The condo only has beds for 4. You are welcome to bring your own air mattress/sleeping pads and linens if you have two additional people in your group.

Getting Here:
We are excited to announce Southwest Airlines has daily direct flights from Sacrament to Santa Barbara starting June 5th, 2022. You can Uber from the airport to Carpinteria. Once you are in Carpinteria a car is not needed. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and you can have your groceries delivered with popular delivery apps available online.

Loved the location, brightness of the unit and balcony +view.

Jenny & Spencer from the Santa Barbara office is tremendous in hospitality.

Over all a wonderful property in a beautiful place. I definitely hope to come back again!

The location of the unit was perfect and we had an overall great experience. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We really had everything we needed. We had a great time and made some wonderful family memories. I appreciate that we could rent for 5 nights, sometimes you just can't get away for a whole week. Hope we can return soon. Please thank the owners for us. Thank you for everything!!!! :)
