A new, fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your favorite gourmet meals on the flat top cooktop. The modern appliances are stainless steel, and the countertops are solid stone.
Both bedrooms offer a cozy, sophisticated decor with a warm beach theme and soft earth tone colors.
The master bedroom features a king bed with two bedside tables and lamps. A stylish wooden bench sits at the foot of the bed.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with matching bedside tables with lamps and a flat-screen TV.
The modern bathroom features updated sinks, cabinets, and a walk-in shower with tile and glass.
The balcony looks out over the beach and has two cozy sectional sofas. You'll enjoy the mild pacific breeze and watching the sunsets while you enjoy your favorite local Santa Barbara wine or your favorite beverage.
*Sand berm blocks ocean view on the ground floor only from December through March (Dates are approximate). Historically The sand berm down 03/10/2021. 2020 it came down on March 2nd. You can walk up and over it, or sit on it with your beach chairs for an elevated view.

We are excited to announce Southwest Airlines has daily direct flights from Sacrament to Santa Barbara starting June 5th, 2022. You can Uber from the airport to Carpinteria. Once you are in Carpinteria a car is not needed. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and you can have your groceries delivered with popular delivery apps available online.

When I walked into the house, I was in the dream home that I'd been visualizing for the past two years! We didn't even go out to eat most nights because it was so perfect! We were sad to leave! |

Great experience. We ran out of wipes to clean tar off feet. Office didn't have any out front either and the box by the outside shower was out also... Would suggest putting a fan in the living room. Great time. We will be back, Thanks |

The directions for opening the front door are not clear. You need not to touch the door handle until the clicking end. |

Would have been nice to have a bistro table on the patio to eat meals on the balcony. An umbrella also would have been nice to provide shade. Otherwise, very comfortable and quiet accommodation with a 5-star location. How did you manage to provide dolphins swimming within viewing distance of the condo?! Gated parking and designated space were a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay. |

We truly loved our stay at Carpinteria Shores in Unit 312. The owner took great care to create a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The furniture was very comfortable and stylish, the storage space ample, and again, the monochromatic and warm designer decor choices were a perfect compliment to the amazing unobstructed view of the ocean. Not one eye sore in the unit, comfortable beds and cleanliness all around. Appreciated the bath toiletries, the clean white towels, well equipped kitchen and balcony seating. We could have stayed for many more days! All rentals should be this great! |
