Beautiful home and an awesome beach! It was very relaxing. :) We even got to see two dolphins swim by. We had a great breakfast at the Garden Market Restaurant and a yummy dinner at Delgados in downtown Carpinteria. It was great to be only 15 minutes from wine tasting places. Managed to get this property at the very last minute but were not disappointed. Very well furnished, all kitchen appliances working well and to comfortable rooms. The location and the view are what makes this property even more special. Saw dolphins every day at 7:30am and between 6:00-7:00pm. We will be back. Well done and thank you

Both my husband and I were talking on the drive back about how nicely you keep your properties… very clean, they're always so well stocked (paper goods and lots of towels!), everything in good working order and not a lot of “left over” junk. We've used other agencies when we go to Palm Springs, San Diego, or Northern California, and your company is, by far, the best we've experienced

We had the Best Memorial Day weekend here at Padaro Sands! We watched dolphins from the deck, went to the zoo, shopped on State Street, walked down to Padaro Beach Grill for a couple of lunches (highly recommend) and cooked several fabulous dinners here at the house! We loved every minute of our weekend get away and will definitely be back to Padaro Sands!

A truly magnificent home with no amenities missing…and surpasses a five star hotel…with a beautiful view of the beach. Loved hearing the waves of the ocean while laying in bed or sitting in the living room. The attention to detail, from the beer & wine in the refrigerator to the sunscreen and beach toys. Our SB Exclusive representative, Donna, provided a personal touch and met us at the property to clue us in on how to use the sophisticated TV and Sonos music system. It was fabulous to be on the beach, I mean we walked out on our deck to look straight at the water and the dolphins jumping or the sunset before us, and just were steps to the sand and into the water, what a perfect location. I rented the house without knowing anything except your website which was very complete and had good and reliable information about this house. I found exactly what I was expecting and found it clean and ready for us in every way. We loved being there, we really never needed to call you except for one security warning but that was tended to immediately and we sailed through a flawless week of beach fun. I truly miss those wonderful days and I would not hesitate to rent from you again if I were looking for a house in your area. In fact I would go to you first and hope it would be as good as before. Thank you for providing wonderful rentals that are exactly as you say. We really enjoyed our time and we appreciate your making it possible.

What a beautiful vacation home. We found it to be very comfortable and well stocked. The people at SB Exclusive Rentals were wonderful to deal with, friendly and professional. Our arrival was smooth and we found the bottle of wine and waters for us a very nice surprise. Loved the hot tub and watching all the people on the beach. Santa Barbara was as amazing as was this house. We will come back again and hope to rent this renal a second time

We were thrilled to come back to Padaro Sands for the second time! For us, it is the ideal property in the best location! I love being RIGHT on the beach with the ocean sounds and smells coming right through all the french doors and windows. I am an avid cook so the gourmet kitchen was a dream! My family and I were thrilled to see they added a hot tub to the front deck too-perfect for relaxing while staring at the ocean. Everything you want to do in Santa Barbara is a short beautiful drive away! We were here over the long Memorial day weekend. We spent a lot of time at home base (who would want to leave?!) but did venture out to Jeanine's for breakfast in Montecito, shopping and lunch on State St, one day we did the I Madonnari at the Santa Barbara Mission and took lots of scenic drives through the beautiful mature landscaped streets. An added treat were the dolphins playing and jumping in the waves right in front of our view! I always feel so relaxed and at home in Santa Barbara and hope to one day truly call it my home. My fantasy is to win the lottery and buy this exact house because it has ALL that I love in a beach house! Lastly, can't end this summary without commenting on how warm, friendly and accommodating Donna is from SBER! She is the BEST! Looking forward to our next visit back!

Kevin was awesome! He was liking having a personal valet attending to our needs. We had issues with the sonos/internet and he had an IT expert there pronto!! Saved the musical part of our trip! He is the best!

The management team Spencer and Kevin were wonderful to work with. The house was spectacular. We didn't want to leave and are already planning a trip back. The beach is really nice. We loved walking on it with our mini Aussie.

Spencer was my initial contact and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Kevin met us at the unit and walked us through the property quickly so we could start to enjoy, but made sure we knew he was easy to contact if needed. These 2 guys are a great team! The house was spectacular and I cant wait to go back. My Boyfriend and I took our dog there for a weekend away for my birthday and it was perfect! The train did get a little loud but the perfect beach in front of us and hot tub made up for it hands down. Again thank you Signature Vacation Rentals, a birthday I will not forget!!
