From the front door it is just a short walk down a community trail to the charming community pool. Take a night swim, its highly recommended. Just a short 4-minute drive from the townhome you will find this fabulous and much acclaimed aquatic center which features a water slide, a splash pad, diving boards, lap lanes, a refreshing recreation pool and wonderful picnic grounds. The Oro Valley Aquatic Center is a place where you will come to for an hour and spend the whole day.
The cute townhouse community of Verde Catalina II has majestic mountain views, the community pool, walking trails throughout the community and is located close to Tucson's best shopping and restaurants. From the townhouse, Whole foods and Trader Joe's are less than 2 minutes away as well as incredible local restaurant favorites, like Guadalajara grill, Wildflower and El Charro Café.

Take a short drive to the La Encantada shopping center. There you will enjoy a great shopping experience. Stores such as Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Francesca's, and Tiffany & Co. to name just a few. There are also great restaurants like Vivace, North Italia, Ra Sushi Bar and Firebird's Wood Fire Grill, among so many others which make this a unique and special outdoor mall. While you're there stop in AJs Grocery, Tucson's premier grocer to stock up on supplies or a fabulous deli takeout.

Up for a hike? Head east just 2 miles to the Pima Canyon Trailhead for a glorious hike into the Catalina Mountains. Or head north also 2 miles and wander off on the Linda Vista Trail complex. From Catalina del Oro you will want to meander over a few blocks to the Tohono Chul and enjoy immersing yourself in a unique Southwest experience of art galleries and native gardens. ~Guest booking a private pool home that do not have at least to positive host reviews will be required to pay $500.00 deposit.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 24 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All reservations must submit identification and sign the Casago management rental agreement     w/in 72 hours of booking
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
