This newly remodeled cute condo features a southwest theme to accent your stay in the Sonoran desert. The kitchen is complete with all of your basic cooking needs and kitchenware. There is a dining area to enjoy your meals with your loved ones with an open floor concept living area. The sofa is a sleeper sofa that fits two. There are Roku TVs in the living room and the master bedroom and a powerful wifi connection throughout. There is a work area in the master bedroom for remote work or schooling. The master bedroom also features groovy lighting with adjustable colors and patterns. The patio area has a cozy sitting arrangement perfect to enjoy a game night or use the portable grill in the hallway closet inside the unit to cook up a bite to eat! Please remember to return the pool key to the key ring at the desk in the kitchen area or there will be a $100 replacement fee imposed. 

Close to shopping, restaurants, Udall Park, Sabino Canyon, Tanque Verde Creek trail, museums, and all that dynamic Tucson has to offer. If you are looking to explore, there are a zillion things to do from A (Astronomy with 350 clear nights for stargazing) to Z (Zoo at Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum). If you'd prefer to unwind at home, the private patio is delightful for outdoor dining, while the pool and spa will soak your cares away. Enjoy our oasis in the Arizona desert!

 Udall Dog Park
This one-acre, fenced dog park is open from 6 am to 10:30 pm and is a short 0.8-mile walk from the condo.
If it is a people-only outing, Dogtopia Doggie Daycare will keep your pooch safe and entertained and it is just 0.6 miles from the condo.
A large dog crate is also available to help your woofer feel safe and secure if you need to step out.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~One dog under 40lbs is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~Pool key replacement fee is $100
