This three bedroom two bath home sits tucked away in a condominium complex just a quick drive to multiple ideal Tucson locations!

• The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances and other important items like blender and K-cup machine/normal coffee pot as well! The breakfast area seats two and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Seat yourself at the kitchen bar-top and have a glass of wine with your significant other. The lovely Arizona style dining set adds the natural southwest touch to this home. Seated for four, you have the kitchen bar-top to support more people if desired. 
• Cozy up in the living room with the sunrise view and enjoy some Apple TV streaming or just a nice relaxed time on the balcony.
• The master bedroom is upstairs sporting a King bed and television with Apple TV streaming only. This bedroom does not have a door but sports it's own area upstairs. It is an open, yet private bedroom and bathroom with ceilings connecting from living area. Your shoe collection will fit well here in the master bath's walk-in-closet complete with full length mirror. This closet has tons of storage space for your traveling items! The alcove tub/shower combo has a great extra large window to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. 
• You'll just adore the bedroom visible upon first entry to the home complete with double doors and a balcony accessible sliding glass door. This room also has a desk and chair for your working from home needs!
• Don't forget to keep those clothes clean with the full size washer/dryer combo that is easily closed off by curtains. 
• Hall bathroom complete with shower/tub combo
• Near the hall bath is the Blue Room, a second bedroom downstairs with a small table and chairs for working on those projects or doing some homework! The quilted wall gives a homey touch to this room. The Blue Room has a hidden area to hang clothes and a book shelf with some older books -handle with care! Lots of room for your personal items and a table for work-from-home duties.
• Both downstairs bedrooms have darker curtains to allow for those mornings you'd prefer to sleep in!
• Last, but certainly not least, the Artist's dream - a room away from it all. With a small door to access, it looks like it would just be for storage, this room has been turned into a convenient room for all who want to get a little quiet time and get some work done! Could also be used for your children during their online school courses, but it is tall enough for most to stand in!
• Grab the hammock from the closet under the stairs and attach it onto the balcony for those relaxing evenings or early morning sunset views.

~Check in time is at 3:00 PM
~Check out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~2 Pet dogs under 25lbs are allowed.
~Non refundable $250 pet fee is required if you will bring your pet
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
