Indoors you will find high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a spacious Primary Retreat with sliding doors to the pool, an eat-in kitchen, a breakfast bar and a formal dining room. The floor plan offers fantastic open areas while the bedrooms feel private and peaceful. Golf, hiking and biking are nearby. This house is located within a quiet neighborhood. No interior steps.
The pool area is not fenced off from the house. Out of safety concerns, if you have little kids that can't swim, this property may not be the right fit for your family. The pool is not heated.

The home is monitored with a NoiseAware device that will alert the management company to loud noises after 10:00 pm If we are alerted you will be contacted to reduce the noise, a second alert will result in your being asked to leave the property. This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and to be respectful to the neighbors and and maintain our good neighbor status, this property is not appropriate for those that wish to "party".
This home is located within a mile from El Conquistador Golf Course. El Conquistador offers 2 championship golf courses with an expansive practice facility, tennis courts, full fitness facility, lap pool, pickle ball and racquetball courts, a restaurant and a fun calendar of social, community and dining activities.

~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Guest booking a private pool home that do not have at least two positive host reviews will be required to pay $500.00 deposit.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance.
