The condo is fully stocked with all linens and the kitchen is also fully equipped, making it easy to whip up your favorite meal and then dine al fresco on the back patio as you watch the sunset turn the Catalina's into a colorful show of pink, gold, orange, blue and purple as the bright sunshine filled days of the Sonoran Desert turn into the perfect evening weather. There is unfortunately no fireplace use! Only decorative.
The complex itself has a wide array of amenities as well, including pool and spa, fitness center, club house, tennis courts, and walking trails.
You are also close to grocery shopping, fine dining, and some of Tucson's best hiking with a Ventana Canyon trail 98 right outside your door! Biking with Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon, and Mt. Lemmon all within walking or easy commuting distance. You are also right by The Greens at Ventana, one of Tucson's best eastside golf courses as well as the 49er's club - another popular eastside course.
This condo is also located on the fist floor, making it easy to access and it features designated covered parking.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

HI, I just read my rating on the property and I am not sure what happened, but I would have rated this a 5 star, not a one star. It must have been an error on my part, can this be corrected? Beautiful view. Very well furnished. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Very clean. Covered parking spot. Lovely pool area. We certainly enjoyed our stay! Some glitches with the electronic locking system need to be worked on, and a dead bolt from the inside would be a good idea for added security. We plan on returning again next year. |
