I received an email alert from the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) that they have issued a cease and desist order against L&R Maintenance & Property Management for unlicensed activity. I’m very happy to see our Commissioner Judy Lowe going after these companies. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not rubbing salt into their wounds I’m just saying if you want to be a Property Manager then hire a licensed Real Estate Broker to run your office and then come do business on a level playing field with the rest of the licensed management companies.
For those of you that are interested in reading the official notice that was issued by ADRE here it is.
