There are so many restaurants in the valley to enjoy while on your Scottsdale Arizona vacation. If you love sushi like I do and want to go where the locals go, then I have the best place for you. Shogun is the best place in town. They have a full Japanese menu aside from sushi. It is down the street from Arizona Lodging Experts (they do property management in Scottsdale, Az.). If you have a rental in Scottsdale it is a convenient location. The ambiance at the sushi bar is part of the fun about visiting Shogun. The sushi chefs have all been there for many years and are very creative. My favorite sushi chef is Andy who is pictured below. He is truly an artist with sushi and very creative. He will prepare you rolls that are not on the menu and truly unique. I trust him totally to prepare sushi rolls that he designs and that I will love. They also have all the typical favorites for sushi lovers and the quality is superb. You can always count on good food and drinks and friendly conversation at the sushi bar at Shogun.
