About our Vacation Homes:

Is the home or condo I reserve on the Internet the one I actually receive?

Yes, unlike other companies in the area, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe this is the only way you will be happy with your accommodation.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?

Each of our vacation properties has a maximum number of guests. The number of permissible guests is stated on the property description on our website. If you have a question please don’t hesitate to contact our Guest Services team.

Are the pools heated?

Not all of our vacation properties have pools and not all of the homes with pools are heated pools. Please contact our Guest Services team for clarification prior to confirming your reservation.

Is this a timeshare offer?

We are not in affiliated with timeshares in any manner. Individual investors own all of the homes, townhomes and condominiums in our inventory. Signature Vacation Rentals is the property manager on their behalf. You are not in any way required to sit through a presentation. However, if you are interested in this great investment opportunity, we would be happy to sit down with you, and discuss the benefits of owning a vacation home as an investment further.

Is there air conditioning and heat?

All of our properties have air conditioning and heat. Most of our homes have ceiling fans in bedrooms and living areas.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property?

All of our vacation properties have fully equipped kitchens.

Is there a telephone at the property?

Select properties have telephones. All of our properties have Wifi internet.

What is considered a master bedroom?

Most of our vacation properties with two or more bedrooms have a master bedroom with a Queen or King bed, furnishings, a walk-in closet, a flat screen television and an attached bathroom. In single bedroom homes, the bedroom will be configured similarly. Check the amenities of your property of interest, view the pictures or contact our Guest Services team.

Are linens and towels provided?

All of our properties include linens and towels.

Are the properties cleaned daily?

Our vacation properties are cleaned prior to your arrival and thoroughly cleaned at your departure. The properties are not cleaned daily. Additional cleaning service can be arranged through our Guest Services for a fee.

Are the properties Non-Smoking?

All of our properties are Non-Smoking.

Are there any handicap accessible properties available?

Yes, handicap properties are available. Please check the property description or confirm with Guest Services if you have additional questions.

Is parking available for RVs, buses or trailers?

More of our vacation properties do not offer parking for RV’s, buses or trailers. Please check the property description or confirm with Guest Services if you have additional questions.

What is the difference between 5-Star, 4-Star and 3-Star homes?

Please discuss the rating system with our Guest Services team for your property of interest. We have a specific process and defined requirements for our property ratings and our guest surveys reaffirm the property rating.

Make a Reservation:

What is required to make a reservation?

When you find the house of your choice you can either book the property on-line or speak to one of our Reservationists at 1-877-276-5745. When making your reservation all we require is a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point. Please note: if the final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date. What is your Change/Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation: Cancellation’s at least 61 days prior to arrival are refundable less a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the gross rental amount. The 50% Earnest Deposit becomes hard money 60 days prior to arrival and becomes non refundable.

Changes: Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 120 days prior to arrival, with no more then one change allowed per reservation.

Do you offer group rates and planning?

Yes we do. Please indicate the type of group and how many people you will need to accommodate when calling.

When is check-in & check-out time?

Your home will be available for Check-in at 3:00 pm the day of your scheduled arrival. 
Check out time is 10:00 am. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room, so please help us prepare for our next guest by being on time.

What are your office hours?

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:30pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 8:30pm. If you arrive after hours there may be an extra charge. When you receive your confirmation information there will check-in directions to our office or you can find directions to our office on our website.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

No – but we strongly urge all of our guests to purchase travelers insurance from a reputable company. Many of our guests use Travel Guard (

What will we be responsible for when we check out?

We just ask that you lock up and bring the keys and gate or garage remote back to the office.

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Signature Vacation Rentals?

All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email, unless email is unavailable. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain or our newest domain, to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within minutes of making your reservation. Expect a second email with final confirmation after your final payment has been applied to the reservation, thirty days from arrival. If you have not received these emails and you have adjusted your spam filters, please contact our reservation department at 1-877-276-5745.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

Yes. If you’ve left something behind on your visit and we find it, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you. We use Fed Ex to handle all shipping of left behind items. We can also arrange for Fed Ex to ship extra/bulk items to your home or business prior to your departure. For more details, please contact our Guest Services Team.

Is there shopping near by?

Depending on the location of the vacation home you select, shopping is close by or within an easy drive. The types of shops, grocery stores, malls or convenience stores vary by location but any type of shopping of interest isn’t too far.
